Refunds & Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us before returning any item.

All items are covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee’s and goods that are deemed faulty can be returned to www.kasakosa.com for replacement up to 7 working days following receipt of order. These goods are covered under the terms and conditions of the appropriate guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with the correct documentation. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. You the customer will then be responsible for any additional postage fees.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days after delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
5. We do not accept responsibility for stolen packages.
6. We will ONLY consider claims for lost items 15 working days after despatch within the U.K., 30 days after despatch within Europe and 90 days after despatch for the rest of the World.
7. All international deliveries may be subjected to delays by Customs entry procedures.
